I just wanted to send you a few words to say how much I appreciate these training sessions.
I was in a space where I had fallen out of love with exercise and my health and weight were spiralling out of control.
You and team4men has pulled me out of the doldrums and lit that fire in my belly again, I am thoroughly enjoying being back in the gym again and training with a great bunch of guys.
I’ll be honest I had a lot of anxiety stepping back into the gym and that all faded after 5mins.
This was exactly what I needed! So thank you Paul, thank you for dreaming this up and thank you for allowing me to be a part a great team.

Thanks for the message chief – very much enjoying the sessions and never lifted as many kettlebells in my life. Helping me keep a routine. Focusing on exercise, good food and sleep. My weekends are now about moderation. Had a good weekend just gone and I know my weakness. Thanks to you for keeping me and everyone going in these challenging times.

Feeling really good at the moment. Never thought I’d go this long without a drink but am so glad I have as I’m now up to 10kg in weight loss. See you tomorrow for another session.

Definitely mate I look forward to it now, wasn’t too keen on the idea of Zoom at first to be honest. I wasn’t sure it would work but it really does work well. It’s a good addition to the gym and outside sessions we do.

Paid up PC – loved it this week and ache after most sessions which must be a good sign . Do feel better and love the training plus eating and drinking less which is massive for me . Thanks again and great leadership, guidance and support. Topman.

Evening gents.. Just touching base as I have been very quiet on this front this week and the truth is I have had a major wobble. The last couple of weeks have been a real struggle for me personally trying to maintain sanity through this pandemic, I already struggle with depression and as the days/weeks go by my business has taken a bit of a hit and I personally have taken a massive financial hit due to this situation, I’m not going to bore you all with that but this last week hasn’t been my best it’s consisted of a lot of boozing, eating and self loathing but it’s not all been doom and gloom I have had a couple of days work this week which although wasn’t much it was enough to kick my work arse back into gear and develop a plan to get back into work which has been successful and I will be looking to restart business a week on Monday (maybe sooner) so this week I have a list of things to do every day both personal and work related and my aim is to get up and kickstart each day with you guys in the 7:40 sessions.

For now I’d rather stick to online Paul. Most efficient and effective use of time for me. Im getting great results and so not particularly chasing a return to the gym. I had major reservations initially about online but you run a really slick operation and every session has been so well planned and varied – I’m a convert!

I began training with Paul exactly a year ago and in September 2019 I came off my anti-depressants after 2 years.

Loved the session today Paul – that’s 3 days on the trot for me which is unheard of – the 12 minute mini circuit drill was fantastic . I love getting the heart and lungs racing . More of that please if possible . Topman have a good day

Cheers guys your support is immense, honestly even though I have been a physical presence in this group for a week or 2, just being part of this group has been a massive help in getting me through the last 2 weeks so kudos to @⁨Paul Connor⁩ on that one as I believe that was one of his main objectives in creating this kind of environment. Just seeing different daily posts on here and fb help keep a positive mindset and I think things would of been a lot different had I not been a part of the TE4M so cheers guys.
